Acrylic and Hot Melt Carton Sealing Tape
Carton sealing tape in acrylic and hot melt adhesive formulations for hand and machine application. Manufactured on biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film backing in thicknesses from 1.6 to 3.6 mil. Standard widths of 2 and 3 inches with roll lengths from 55 yards (hand grade) to 1,350+ yards (machine grade). Acrylic adhesive provides wide temperature tolerance and long-term aging stability, while hot melt adhesive delivers aggressive initial tack and strong bonding to recycled corrugated surfaces.

Industrial Masking and Filament Tape
Industrial masking tape and filament tape for surface protection, paint masking, bundling, and reinforcement applications. Masking tape is manufactured from crepe paper backing with rubber-based or silicone adhesive, available in temperature ratings from standard (140F) to high-temperature (400F+). Filament tape is constructed from polypropylene or polyester film reinforced with fiberglass filaments, delivering tensile strengths from 100 to 680 lbs per inch. Both tape types are available in widths from 1/4 to 3+ inches.

Available with custom printed logos and text or in solid colors including red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and white. Manufactured on polypropylene or PVC film backing in 1.9 to 2.9 mil thickness with acrylic or hot melt adhesive. Standard widths of 2 and 3 inches with roll lengths from 55 to 1,000 yards. Custom printing accommodates up to 3 spot colors with flexographic printing or full CMYK with digital printing.

Water Activated Paper Tape
Water-activated paper tape (gummed tape) for tamper-evident carton sealing. Manufactured from kraft paper with a starch-based adhesive that activates when moistened. Available in reinforced (fiberglass-laminated) and non-reinforced configurations. Widths from 1 to 3 inches with roll lengths from 300 to 600 feet. When activated and applied, the adhesive penetrates corrugated fiber and creates a permanent, fiber-tearing bond that cannot be opened and resealed without visible evidence of tampering. The tape and adhesive are recyclable with corrugated materials.
