Automatic Case Sealer
Fully automatic case sealers handle the complete top-closure and sealing process without operator intervention. The machine automatically folds the top flaps of each case and applies tape or hot melt adhesive to seal both top and bottom. This eliminates the manual flap-folding step required with semi-automatic sealers, increasing throughput and consistency.
Flap Closing Systems
Two flap closing methods are available depending on the application. The Snap Folder system uses a mechanical folding mechanism that positively closes each flap in sequence. The rotary folder uses rotating arms to fold flaps as cases travel through the machine. Both methods ensure consistent, square flap closure across a range of case sizes.

Sealing Methods
Tape sealing uses pressure-sensitive tape applied to the top and bottom seams of each case. Hot melt sealing applies molten adhesive to the flap surfaces for a tamper-evident, secure closure. The sealing method is selected based on the application requirements, product type, and downstream handling needs.
