Automatic L-bar sealers handle the complete sealing cycle automatically once the product is placed on the film. The machine detects the product, advances the film, lowers the seal bar, creates the L-shaped seal, trims excess film, and conveys the sealed product to a shrink tunnel. Heavy-Duty Construction
Fully welded heavy-duty seal heads with dual magnets provide positive, consistent seal bar engagement across the full seal area. Self-adjusting seal pads conform to varying product heights without manual adjustment, maintaining seal quality across different products in the same run. Film tension brakes ensure consistent film feed and prevent film wandering during high-speed operation.
Temperature and Speed Control
Automatic seal temperature compensation maintains consistent wire temperature regardless of cycle speed, preventing seal quality variation between slow and fast production periods. Variable speed conveyors transport sealed products to the downstream shrink tunnel at speeds matched to tunnel capacity and product requirements.
